You can find our parking guide here. Please note that the parking lot attached to our building is for employees only.
As for entering the building, we have two entrances; a car gate and a man gate. After 5:30pm and on weekends the car gate is closed.
However, the man gate next to the large tree in our parking lot is always unlocked during business hours.
Just twist and push to enter.
Please call us at (509) 960-8974 if the gate gives you any trouble.

For the health and safety of both your child and our clientele, unfortunately we do not allow children in the building.

We have several different forms that you may need to fill out depending on if you are coming to make a deposit for an upcoming appointment or if you are coming in for the appointment itself. There is a copy of each of these agreements for you to look through here.
Be sure that when you come in for your appointment you bring valid photo identification. Without it, unfortunately, we may not be able to honor your appointment. So please be sure not to forget it!

Times and prices vary per tattoo. You can arrange a free consultation with the artist of your choosing and they can give you a rough estimate of how long the process will take, as well as a price range. Be sure to schedule extra time for your appointment should there be design changes needed or if application takes longer than expected.

Tattoos are a permanent addition to your body. They will fade but they will not go away. If you wish to keep them looking their best then we do recommend that you apply sunscreen daily and get touch-ups every few years (depending on how well they age). Blackwork and black & grey tattoos tend to fade much less quickly as compared to color tattoos, which require more touchup work.
-
Black & grey tattoos tend to have more longevity as compared to color tattoos. Depending on the color you want to use, it may fade to a color that isn't as pure as you may like, or may fade faster than the other colors in your tattoo. For instance, whites may start to become yellowish over time. That being said, if you want to incorporate color into your design, go for it! We have many exceptionally talented artists that do both black & grey and color work.

We know that these are trying times and we are doing our best to keep our artists and clients safe. Because of this, all state mandates are being followed at our studio. Free hand sanitizer and masks are readily available should anyone need them and we ask that anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 stay home and reschedule their appointment. Should you experience such symptoms, and you cannot make your appointment because of it, we will do all that we reasonably can to help you reschedule. So don’t stress it.
-
Before your appointment we ask that you look over the “consent to tattoo procedure” form and remember to bring a valid photo identification to your appointment. If you have any questions that were not answered on the form, feel free to contact your artist or the studio. Please also make sure to eat a full meal and drink plenty of water before your appointment, as low blood sugar is the main cause for clients fainting during a tattoo. We do have small snacks and sugary drinks available for purchase should you not eat enough or start to feel dizzy during your tattoo session.

The aftercare of your tattoo will have a significant impact on the way your tattoo will look once it is fully healed. Please be sure to follow these instructions closely to ensure that your tattoo will look its best for years to come.
● ALWAYS wash your hands thoroughly before touching your tattoo to avoid potential infection, especially in the first week of healing.
● Wear the bandage for around 3 hours (normal bandages), or 3 days (second skin/Saniderm). When removing the second skin/Saniderm, remember to do so very gently and slowly, as ripping off the bandage can cause pain and pull ink out of the tattoo. Your second skin/Saniderm may fill up with blood, ink, and plasma for the duration that it is on—this is normal and beneficial for your tattoo! As long as it is not leaking, continue to keep the bandage on.
● Immediately after removing the bandage, gently wash your tattoo with an unscented liquid anti-bacterial soap (we recommend Dial). Only use your hands while washing the tattoo. Avoid washcloths/wipes/etc. which can expose your tattoo to bacteria and be too rough on freshly tattooed skin.
● Gently pat your tattoo dry with a clean paper towel or tissue. Do not rub your tattoo dry and do not reuse dirty tissues or towels to dry your tattoo.
● Apply a VERY thin layer of ointment to your tattoo after patting dry (we recommend Aquaphor or Vitamin A&D ointment). Do NOT use Vaseline, petroleum jelly, or Neosporin while it is healing. Pat off the excess with a clean paper towel or tissue. You should have no buildup of ointment on the tattoo. Too much excess ointment can draw ink out of your skin as it is healing.
● For the first 3-4 days, continue to wash and moisturize your tattoo 2-3 times daily as above. After these 3-4 days, please continue to wash 2-3 times daily until fully healed (about 2-3 weeks), but switching from an ointment to a mild, unscented lotion such as Cetaphil or Lubriderm to keep your tattoo moisturized.
● Remember to wear clean, loose clothing over your tattoo to avoid introducing bacteria to or irritating the area. For a foot tattoo, let your feet breathe as much as possible. If you must wear shoes, first wrap your clean tattoo in saran wrap, then cover with a clean cotton sock before putting on your shoe. Avoid footwear that will rub, chafe or irritate your healing tattoo.
AVOID:
● Avoid direct exposure to the sun, as it can fade your tattoo especially while it is still healing. Do NOT use sunblock on your tattoo until it is fully healed.
● Avoid soaking your tattoo in water (bathtub, swimming, hot tub, etc.) for at least 2 weeks after getting your tattoo. Doing so can cause infection.
● Avoid scratching and picking scabs, as it can pull ink out of your tattoo and cause bleeding. Itching, peeling and scabbing are all normal parts of the healing process. Applying an ice compress can help with itchiness.
● Avoid using fragranced body wash, lotions, and ointments. Fragranced products can often irritate healing skin.
● Avoid wearing tight, rough, or abrasive clothing over the area of your fresh tattoo.
● Avoid touching your tattoo as much as possible during the healing process, and do not let anyone touch your tattoo without cleaning their hands first.
When your tattoo is FULLY healed, remember to apply sunblock over your tattoo daily to protect it from the sun and keep it looking fresh. If you do not do this, the sun can cause your tattoo to fade, and you will need a touch-up much sooner.
