“Hello hello! i’m Yulie! I was born and raised in kentucky (yeehaw) and moved up here in 2015. Up until 2021 i was planning on going to medical school… then i decided to take a break. During that time, i started pursuing my passion for art and i found tattooing! ever since the needle hit my first client, i knew it was meant for me. now i can’t wait to create more permanent art! :)”
